They commonly include your reserved commercial name through SIJILAT, the Memorandum and Articles of Association along with your selected business activity or activities. The Memorandum and Articles are prepared in Arabic and notarized, since documents notarized in Bahrain must be in Arabic.

Address and Banking Documents

These show where the company operates and support its financial setup. They often include proof of a registered address in Bahrain, usually a lease agreement, bank reference letters for foreign shareholders along with confirmation of any capital deposit where this applies to your structure.
